They are seeking a motivated and reliable Groundsman to support tree care operations by assisting with ground-level tasks, equipment handling, and job site cleanup.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Assist climbers and crew leaders by preparing and staging tools, equipment, and supplies
Operate equipment such as chainsaws, woodchippers, and stump grinders
Safely manage ropes and rigging during tree removal and pruning operations
Clear and dispose of brush, logs, and debris from job sites
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on tools and equipment
Maintain a safe and organized work area in compliance with ANSI and OSHA standards
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in varying outdoor conditions
Strong commitment to safety and following instructions
Valid driver's license is required
Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Preferred
Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, or outdoor labor (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with power tools and basic mechanical knowledge (preferred)
