Responsibilities

Serve internal and external clients by being responsive and reliable

Construction observation and documentation, field testing and field measurements (construction CQA)

Construction progress reports and communicate with project team, contractor, and client as required

Soil and water sampling

Assist with drafting, computer modeling, data entry, preparation of construction plans and specifications, technical memos, and reports, as required

Provide support to other groups within Stantec, as business needs dictate and workload allows, for exposure to other disciplines and client types related to engineering and environmental science

Required

Some College education

Ability to carry out a variety of different tasks related to engineering and construction

Experience with construction observation, QA/QC testing, and communication with contractors and clients

Ability to serve internal and external clients by being responsive and reliable

Willingness to ask questions and grow in the relative field

Ability to perform construction observation and documentation, field testing and field measurements

Ability to prepare construction progress reports and communicate with project team, contractor, and client

Experience with soil and water sampling
