Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in engineering and applied science
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and highly available services
Experience in AI/ML solutions & LLM agents
Ability to inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams
Strategic thinking with operational know-how to influence executive decision-making
Ability to shape policies that define customer delivery
Experience in a Managed Services environment
