Financial Advisor / Wealth Management Associate
Jackson Wealth Management is an independent fiduciary advisory firm with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to helping clients achieve clarity and long-term success in their financial lives. They are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial-minded Financial Advisor / Wealth Management Associate who will support client engagement and planning initiatives, with the potential to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities
Support the preparation and follow-up for client strategy and tax planning meetings
Assist in building Holistiplan tax scenarios and analyzing opportunities to improve client outcomes
Contribute to developing and maintaining Chart Your Course™ one-page action plans for clients
Participate in team meetings to review client strategies, planning outcomes, and service enhancements
Conduct research and analysis on investment strategies, portfolios, and market insights
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients through follow-up and service excellence
Assist with documentation, data organization, and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to elevate client experience and firm processes
Pursue required FINRA and state licensing (SIE, Series 7, 66, and Life & Health) within a structured, supported timeline
Qualification

Ability to support the preparation and follow-up for client strategy and tax planning meetings

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Current or pending FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, 66) and Ohio Life & Health preferred but not required
Experience in wealth management, tax strategy, or financial planning a plus
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial planning software, and CRM systems
Demonstrated leadership experience or entrepreneurial initiative
