Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing transaction documents and closing binders
Conduct due diligence and maintain related data rooms
Manage entity formation, maintenance, and corporate filings
Coordinate transaction closings and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Support attorneys in private equity, M&A, venture capital, and related corporate matters
Qualification
Required
6+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience, preferably in private equity or M&A
Strong understanding of corporate structures and closing procedures
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
