Developing strategy for litigation cases

Drafting pleadings and motions
Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations

Setting priorities and moving cases forward
Communicating decisions in direct and organized ways
Qualification
Required
10+ years of litigation experience
Partial book of business
Oregon State Bar membership
