The Business Development Representative will support the high-growth team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the unattended payments market, generating leads, and expanding Castles' presence in this evolving sector.

Responsibilities

Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and inbound lead follow-up
Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects within assigned territories and verticals
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and at industry events or trade shows to build interest in Castles Technology solutions
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives and Sales Leaders
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
Track and manage all outreach activity, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success to support the full sales cycle and ensure a seamless client experience
Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to better engage with prospects and identify opportunities
Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline-building goals, contributing to overall team success

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in a business development, sales support, or inside sales role, ideally within Payments, Fintech, or Technology
Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills with a hunter mentality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients
Proficient in CRM platforms and sales tools, with a strong ability to leverage technology for effective outreach management and tracking
Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient, with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented and eager to learn from more senior sales colleagues
