Responsibilities

Review and enter data from images of real estate documents

Review and clear assignment chains by creating curative documents

Understand process flows to route orders to the correct areas

Regularly read procedures for specific handlings

Review notes and follow client specific instructions to create real estate documents

This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate

Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed

Perform other related duties as assigned

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated while working independently on assigned files

Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
