They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will deliver exceptional customer service, engage in sales support, and manage client data to contribute to the company's success and growth.

Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first attitude
Sales Support: Engage with customers to promote our services, help manage leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Organize appointments and coordinate the receipt and delivery of customer equipment, ensuring schedules are optimized and customer expectations are exceeded
Client Data Management: Use our in-house designed software to maintain accurate client records, track service needs, and monitor equipment status
Task Management: Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time and in alignment with company goals
Qualification
Required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other tools for client communication and data management
Strong Organization skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and work efficiently under deadlines
Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members
High School Diploma or equivalent: Required
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, and reach for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)
Clean driving record for the past 3 years
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Preferred
Knowledge of Tools: Helpful but not mandatory
College Degree: Is a plus but not required
