Registered Behavior Technician - RBT
BAYADA is a non-profit employer seeking a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) to join their Maui Behavior Analysis Team. The RBT will work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities to implement behavior therapy techniques, document progress, and foster independence.

Responsibilities
Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, families, and pre-school staff
Implement behavior therapy techniques
Document interventions and progress towards goals
Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the client acquire and maintain skills and to help meet identified goals
Qualification
Required
Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) Certified or the desire to pursue certification (paid for by BAYADA)
Be at least 18 years of age
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
