Responsibilities
Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial and resolution
Conduct thorough investigations into personal injury claims, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
Manage caseload effectively and maintain organized records of all case-related activities
Stay updated on personal injury laws and legal trends to provide the best representation for clients
Qualification
Required
Jurisdiction-specific law degree from an accredited law school
Active law license in the relevant jurisdiction
A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law or a related field
Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases, including trials and settlements
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
