Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Creative Director and our cross-functional teams to craft clean, intuitive interfaces
Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
Present your ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients, iterating based on shared feedback
Work within and contribute to design systems, knowing when to innovate and when to stay consistent
Stay on top of design trends and tools, continuously evolving your skills and our processes
Partner with developers to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or consultancy
Expertise with Figma
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles
Attention to detail in layout, typography, and color
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and self-direct your own workflow
Comfort working within a design system — and confidence knowing when and how to evolve it
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics and Webflow is a major plus
