Responsibilities

Provide manufacturing support along with continuous improvement activities for the F35 Aperture product line

Utilize strategic thinking to implement new technology through material selection and capital equipment expenditures to maintain the ACM factory as the premier supplier of composite antennas for BAE Systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, or a related field

8+ years of experience in electronic assembly performing work related to J-STD -001

Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause and Corrective action implementation

Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a demonstrated ability to collect meaningful data and make data driven decisions resulting in significant improvements to production processes

Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and team members at all levels

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
