Responsibilities
Lead AI consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Manage and mentor offshore teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions
Design and implement ELT strategies to facilitate data processing and analytics
Collaborate with clients to understand their AI needs and provide relevant solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, particularly LLMs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in consulting with a focus on AI and machine learning
Strong knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their applications
Experience in offshore team management and collaboration
Expertise in ELT design and implementation
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Experience Building out a new AI Practice is a nice to have
Familiarity with Snowflake, Big Query, and Redshift is a plus
Experience in a CPA firm and knowledge of SOC 2 compliance is a plus
