Responsibilities

Manage onboarding, reconciliation, and validation of client cap tables

Enhance AI engine to parse and structure SAFEs, equity grants, board resolutions, and financing docs into clean, OCF-based data

Shape the standards themselves. You'll be a core contributor to the open-source protocols (Open Captable Format) that define how equity is represented, structured, and governed onchain. Your legal insights will directly influence the infrastructure the entire industry builds on

Operate Fairmint's cap table engine and work with the engineering team to automate legal workflows

Assist support team alongside founders, investors, and outside counsel to ensure legal and technical alignment
