Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
Prepare and maintain provider contracts and administrative records
Support Risk Management and legal documentation
Assist the Board of Directors with meeting materials, minutes, and special projects
Coordinate events, logistics, and hospital initiatives
Serve as a professional point of contact for staff, providers, vendors, and community partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a business-related field + 3–5 years administrative experience, or High School Diploma + 10 years administrative experience
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
