Director, Platform & Partnerships

Responsibilities

Liaison with all major social platforms (YouTube, Meta, Snap, TikTok) serving as lead for Influential
Deep understanding of social platforms, inclusive of content best practices, measurement and reporting capabilities
Support Sales, Client Management, Creative and Creator teams in understanding platform differentiation and opportunities for clients
Lead regular communications with all platforms (weekly/biweekly/monthly)
Secure alpha/beta opportunities for Influential and clients
Forge new client relationships through partners resulting in increased revenue opportunities for Influential
Build test and learn strategies in partnership with platforms and internal paid media team
Create trainings with platform partners for Influential teams, ensuring company is up to date with all latest platform capabilities
Support the SVP, Growth in identifying, negotiating and operationalizing strategic partnerships for Influential
Identify partners that align with Influential's unique value proposition in the market and are focused on diversity, equity and inclusion as well as technology and innovation partners
Negotiate and build legal agreements as needed with key strategic partners
Work with internal teams to operationalize partners, creating a seamless process from sale to activation

Required

Key leader in the Influencer Marketing space
Experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Meta, Snap, TikTok)
Deep understanding of social platforms, inclusive of content best practices, measurement and reporting capabilities

Ability to navigate multiple work-streams and deliverables
Support Sales, Client Management, Creative and Creator teams
Lead regular communications with all platforms (weekly/biweekly/monthly)
