Inventory Customer Service Specialist - All Shifts

The Inventory Customer Service Specialist is responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with clients and transportation partners, and managing inventory cycle counts.

Responsibilities
Schedule inbound shipments, coordinate with the client and transportation partners
Develop internal order fulfilments schedules (pick, pack, and ship) via the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Coordinate outbound shipments by coordinating with the client, end customers, and transportation partners
Develop and deploy Inventory cycle count schedules Via the WMS
Coordinate associate scheduling with Warehouse supervisors
Identify and resolve WMS issues following WMS processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
At least 1 year experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
At least 6 months' experience with computers
At least 6 months' experience in Warehouse Management systems, or MRP / ERP
Assertive and clear written and oral communication
Detailed oriented, organized, and able to problem solve
Ability to work independently and team-orientated, able to work with diverse individuals
