Radiology, CT Technologist- Part Time nights
Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is a community teaching hospital dedicated to exceptional patient care and research. The Computed Tomography Technologist will perform imaging procedures, manage patient workflow, and ensure timely availability of images for interpretation, all while maintaining effective communication with staff and patients.

Responsibilities
Involved in hands on patient care
Manages room workflow and facilitates care of patients under the guidance of the Computed Tomography Supervisor
Performs all imaging per department protocols caring for in-patients, outpatients and ER patients
Enters appropriate charges and contrast details for all exams
Ensures appropriate images are available for interpretation in a timely fashion
Follows established departmental workflow plans
Consistently demonstrates effective communication, both written and verbal, with all departmental, hospital staff, and vendors
Performs all other duties as assigned or required to ensure efficient operation of the department and quality patient care
Qualification
Required
BLS required
Must have graduated from an approved program in Radiologic Sciences
Be registered or eligible for certification in CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or equivalent is required
Must meet, successfully complete, and maintain the ARRT or equivalent CT certification and registration within one year of start of employment
Massachusetts Department of Public Health licensure for Radiologic Technologist, required
ARRT registry in Radiologic Sciences, required
ARRT registry in Computed Tomography, required
