Associate Director, MBA Career Development
Massachusetts Institute of Technology is seeking an Associate Director for MBA Career Development to support career success for over 900 MBA students. The role involves developing career education programming, advising students, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective career preparation.

Support career success for 900+ MBA, 50+ LGO, and 20+ MSMS students in MIT Sloan’s top-ranked programs
Develop and deliver career education programming
Advise students one-on-one
Collaborate with student clubs, alumni, employers, and faculty
Work closely with the Director and Sr. Associate Director of Career Development to ensure high-impact career preparation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
a minimum of 3 years' experience in career services, coaching, or corporate recruiting
skilled in advising, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement
solid presenter—comfortable with in-person and virtual formats
proven ability to manage projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
collaborative, impact-driven team player passionate about student success and career development
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA or similar graduate degree)
a minimum of three years' experience working in career services
knowledge of post-MBA career paths (consulting, finance, tech, etc.)
