They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Proofreader Coordinator to ensure the accuracy and quality of legal notices and assist with related tasks.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main proofreader for all legal notices, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, and formatting

Type all mailings to heirs for probate notices, maintaining accuracy and adherence to established procedures

Assist with scanning tasks as needed, ensuring documents are scanned accurately and efficiently

Provide backup support vacation periods, ensuring continuity of proofreading operations and meeting deadlines

Qualification

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Willingness to learn and develop new skills as needed

Preferred

Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written is a plus (not necessary)

Prior experience in proofreading or a related field preferred
