Responsibilities
Oversee the client experience including deadline management and client expectations
Calculate tax effects of transactions, conduct technical tax research and manager tax partner expectations
Handle billing/wip management
Review returns and manage tax workflow
Coordinate multiple team engagements, deadlines and schedules
Operate in a dynamic environment
Help develop Senior and Staff accountants both technically and professionally through their career
Qualification
Required
At least 6 years in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation
Ideally already experienced in a manager position, but experienced Tax Seniors/Supervisors are encouraged to apply
Experienced with both Individual and Business tax
CPA license or Enrolled Agent certification
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Experience with HNWI/Trust/Estate Tax is a PLUS
M.S. in Taxation is preferred
