Responsibilities
Take ownership of RFQ concept development
Lead the formulation of technical controls and software solutions that align with customer needs
Estimate costs, materials, and labor for proposals
Build strong relationships with customers to present tailored solutions
Guide project teams through technical challenges to ensure effective, timely, and budget-compliant solutions
Mentor teams to enhance skills and foster continuous improvement
Drive research and development efforts to integrate advanced technologies
Contribute to industry conferences and presentations to enhance reputation
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing and developing custom crane and lifting solutions
Proven leadership skills within an engineering team
Ability to formulate technical controls and software solutions
Experience in estimating costs, materials, and labor for proposals
Strong relationship-building skills with customers
Experience guiding project teams through technical challenges
Hands-on problem-solving skills
Mentoring experience to enhance team skills
Strategic insight for research and development efforts
