Staff Accountant

Responsibilities
Invoicing, with accuracy and attention to detail
Documentation of all invoicing processes
Manage special projects from Controller/CFO; create a blueprint and appropriate timeline
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve all financial related issues and partner with other departments when needed to resolve
Contribute, as needed, with quarterly and annual balance sheet reconciliations and audits
Customer service - strong interpersonal skills to interact with multiple partners, internal corporate employees, and the field
Proactively identify and implement process improvements
Provide financial and administrative support as assigned
Perform other tasks as assigned
Adhere to the BCI rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook
Interact with all employees, management, and the customer in a fair and consistent manner and with good customer services skills
Qualification
Required
Collaborative with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Strong work ethic, self-directed and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, make decisions and recommendations
Willing and able to take directions and grow in the position
Ability to analyze financial data and clearly and concisely document the interpretation of financial analysis with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to interact with other departments, partners, and the field
Strong excel skills, including V-lookup, pivot tables & If formulas
Invoicing, with accuracy and attention to detail
