Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management of inert and energetic operations for the Camden, Arkansas site
Provide leadership to a diverse team and mentor the team in achieving operational excellence
Develop operations leaders and operators by ensuring we have leaders and operators that are ready for the next level through deliberate training and succession planning
Lead site visit interactions with external customers and government officials
Ensure compliance to both safety and QA regulatory offices
Ensure that both commercial and government QA certifications are maintained through site compliance
Lead all site activities to ensure products are produced to schedule and budget
Interface with Program Managers to ensure alignment of resources and capabilities to meet business demands
Lead site activities that ensure standard business practices are in place and practiced across all of Operations
Work with Human Resources to improve employee experience within the Operations Division, resulting in attrition reduction and talent attraction
Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related operations experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related operations experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related operations experience
8+ years experience leading manufacturing/production operations within the aerospace and defense industry
5+ years experience managing a DOD compliant Earned Value Management budget system
Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
Preferred
Experience leading production operations in a DOD energetic facility
Experience using LEAN principles leading production operations
Thorough understanding and demonstrated use of ERP systems
