Responsibilities

Understand and follow all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices

Conduct testing processes and procedures to perform physical and analytical product quality tests on finished syrup and beverage, inspect raw materials, and perform microbiological testing. Use laboratory test equipment and apparatus to conduct tests

Run control drink on finished syrups to ensure taste and quality

Maintain files and test results, record corrective procedures, control reports and supporting data in accordance with prescribed procedures

Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures

Ensure accuracy of equipment through calibration and documentation
