Qualification
Required
Current and in good standing property and casualty insurance license
Current and in good standing life, health, and accident insurance license
Willing and able to acquire necessary licenses within 30 days of employment
Ability to handle hundreds of both inbound and outbound phone calls per week
Strong organizational skills
Ability to assist with administrative tasks
Record-keeping skills
Effective communication with clients and producers
Claims assistance experience
Local deliveries capability
Content creation skills
Ability to multi-task
Amazing and delectable telephone presence
Computer literate and well versed in the use of a MAC computer and Windows PC
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Dependable transportation
Availability during normal business hours (8AM-5PM Monday through Friday) with occasional evenings and Saturdays
