Qualification
Required
Independent contractor (individual only — no companies or crews)
Must carry general liability insurance ($1M / $2M aggregate)
Must be able to pass a background check before starting work
Reliable vehicle and personal tools
Ability to use ServiceTitan on a phone or tablet
Signed Subcontractor Agreement and W-9 for 1099 setup
All techs are Background Checked before working
Applicable trade license(s) where required by law
Professional appearance and customer-focused service
Preferred
5+ years of experience in handyman, maintenance, or related trades
Skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, installations, etc
Tech-savvy and organized — comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling
Strong communication and reliability
Ability to identify and upsell additional repair or improvement opportunities to help homeowners and increase earnings
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
