Responsibilities
Work closely with Planner / Schedulers along with the sales team to ensure all parts & prints are ready for installation
Meet with customers to develop and implement project schedules
Help develop a training center to improve employee skills and capabilities
Train the workforce in specialty installation requirements
Assist in hiring of local workforce
Building a team of specialized installers for piping and equipment installation projects
Grow and develop New Project Managers
Ensure safety standards are met, and regular safety training is administered
Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed
Scheduling of all turnkey projects and Installations
Qualification
Required
Certified OSHA 30 certification
A self-starter who is detail orientated
Have a clean driving record
Be able to lift #50
Be able to drive a forklift truck
Understand and read Blueprints and P&ID Drawings
Be computer literate
Able to utilize AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
