Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our customers
Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support
Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferable or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, proficient English is mandatory
Open to travel, (driving license is mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce will be beneficial
