Responsibilities

Assist the Program Director in managing the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of day programs
Work with individuals, families, friends, employers, and support staff to build independence skills and increase quality of life
Ensure adherence to standards and regulations set forth by funding sources
Manage staff and develop relationships with community members
Liaise with clinical and nursing teams to develop and manage clients' Individual Action Plans (IAP)

Required

Assist the Program Director in managing the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of one or more day programs or day habilitation programs
Provide support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries and behavioral health challenges
Work together with the people served, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff
Ensure proper standards and regulations set forth by funding sources are adhered to
Meet quality standards for the individuals in the Day Programs
Manage staff and develop relationships with community members
Liaise with clinical and nursing teams to develop and manage clients' Individual Action Plans (IAP)
