Program Director (Developmental Services)

Vinfen is a nonprofit, health and human services organization that provides community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Director II will oversee clinical, financial, and administrative operations of residential programs, ensuring quality standards and regulations are met while managing staff and developing relationships with community members.

Responsibilities

Oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of one or more residential programs that provide support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives by building independence skills
Ensure proper standards and regulations set forth by funding sources are adhered to
Ensure that quality standards for the individuals in the home are being met
Manage staff
Develop relationships with community members
Liaise with clinical and nursing teams to develop and manage individuals' Individual Action Plans (IAP)

Required

Oversee the clinical, financial, and administrative operations of one or more residential programs that provide support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Ensure proper standards and regulations set forth by funding sources are adhered to
Meet quality standards for the individuals in the home
Manage staff
Develop relationships with community members
Liaise with clinical and nursing teams to develop and manage individuals' Individual Action Plans (IAP)
