Systems Engineer
Canviz Business Technology Solutions is looking for a Systems Engineer to help maintain internal and customer infrastructure. The role involves ensuring service availability, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing infrastructural changes.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of all technical issues related to the infrastructure and ensure all incidents are resolved within the agreed service level
Ensure service availability of the infrastructure within the agreed service level
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on chronic issues and major incidents
Plan, manage and execute infrastructural changes; in accordance to proper change management protocol
Receive and fulfill customer requested application deployment and updates
Track and follow up on all incident tickets escalated to other teams, ensure that the tickets are attended to and resolved within agreed service level
Identify and determine areas of improvement and initiate process improvement projects to increase productivity
Generate standard operation reports
Assist application support team in troubleshooting application related issues
Qualification
Required
Understanding of Microsoft Technologies
Experience with Windows Server
Experience with Virtual Server Configurations
Familiarity with Windows Server
Familiarity with Sitecore
Familiarity with SharePoint
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
Familiarity with IIS
Familiarity with PowerShell
Familiarity with Hyper-V and understanding of Virtual Machine technology
Familiarity with Windows infrastructure such as DNS, DHCP, TCPIP and WINS
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
