Responsibilities
Designing, analyzing, and modifying ceramic Molds and cores to meet set requirements
Collaborating with various teams to provide technical expertise in ceramic materials, design manufacturability and process optimization
Performing testing and evaluation of ceramic materials to ensure compliance with quality standards
Supporting the implementation of new technologies, materials, and processes to drive continuous improvement in investment casting
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
Sound technical understanding of ceramics
Ability to apply technical understanding to practical application
Industrial Engineering background
Experience in the manufacturing industry and the casting process
Strong educational background with a bachelor's degree in Material Science, Ceramic Engineering, or a related field
Eye for detail
Confidence in analytical skills
