The Help Desk Associate will provide entry-level help desk support to Vinfen end users, assist with data entry and verification of system jobs, and perform administrative tasks for the IT Department.

Perform administrative tasks as needed for the IT Department

Entry level help desk support experience

Data entry and verification skills

Administrative task management skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Strong communication skills

Basic knowledge of Information Technology

Familiarity with SQL, Java, HTML, Active Directory, and Database Management
