Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Connect with current and former athletes, families, and advisors to introduce Real Estate strategies with the help of athlete minded professionals
Pathway Building: Share education tools that demystify homeownership, lending, and financial planning
Relationship Management: Build trust through consistent, value-driven engagement with athletes and their support networks
Market Insight: Stay sharp on housing trends, lending programs, and athlete-specific financial challenges
Team Collaboration: Partner with onboarding specialists, educators, and lending pros to deliver a seamless experience
Lead your own team of Turnkey Agents with support from some of the top leaders in the Real Estate industry
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, business development, or client services—bonus if it's in real estate, lending, or athlete support
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
A passion for empowering others through education, strategy, and community
Comfort working independently with a team-first mindset
