Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of high-quality medical care and ensure adherence to clinical standards
Mentor and develop veterinary and support staff through hands-on guidance and collaboration
Partner with hospital management to optimize operations and maintain a positive work culture
Engage in community relationships and represent the practice with professionalism and integrity
Manage a varied caseload including preventive care, surgery, and diagnostics
Support training initiatives and foster continuous learning across the team
Qualification
Required
DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)
Active veterinary license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain)
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
