Project management for IT initiatives across software, infrastructure, and integration efforts
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute project plans
Track progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines
Manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope using appropriate tools and techniques
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Promote and enforce project governance and best practices
