Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the marine and maritime industries, marine contractors, etc

Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, expertise, and exceptional service

Assess risks and provide tailored insurance solutions, including marine liability, property, hull & machinery, P&I, and workers’ compensation

Collaborate with underwriters and carrier partners to deliver competitive proposals

Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meet or exceed sales and revenue goals

Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction

Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory updates relevant to marine insurance
