Responsibilities
Work closely with planner / scheduler & Fabrication Supervisors along with the sales team to ensure all parts & prints are ready for Installation
Meet with customers to develop solutions to their current and potential problems
Train our workforce in specialty installation requirements
Assist in hiring of local workforce
Ensure all employees are being trained to their highest standards
Ensure safety standards are met, and regular safety training is administered
Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed
Walking projects with new and existing customers
Qualification
Required
A self-starter who is detail orientated
Own or be prepared to obtain an Osha 30 Certificate
Have a clean driving record
Be able to lift #50
Be able to drive a forklift truck
Be able to operate scissor lifts and any other construction equipment
Be able to read and understand Blueprints and P&ID Drawings
Be computer literate
