In this role, you will assist in coordinating all in-service and orientation training for staff and work closely with supervisory staff to address training needs.

Coordinate orientation training for new staff and ensure that orientation is completed within sixty (60) days of employment
Track all required training for employees using in-service tracking systems
Evaluate current literature and staff development materials to ensure the agency has access to up to date materials
Provide on the job coaching for direct support staff to assist in the development of needed competencies
Qualification
Required
