Responsibilities

Assist the Community Association Manager with administrative and operational duties for assigned communities
Respond to homeowner and Board inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service
Help prepare and distribute Board meeting packets, agendas, and minutes
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to community standards
Support the financial management process by tracking invoices, assessments, and budgets as directed
Conduct periodic property inspections and assist with enforcement of community rules and regulations
Maintain accurate records, files, and reports in compliance with company and association standards
Assist in organizing community events and communication initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful management of the associations

Required

Support the Community Association Manager (CAM) in the day-to-day operations of assigned communities
Ensure that the associations are managed in accordance with governing documents, state laws, and company policies

Assist the Community Association Manager with administrative and operational duties for assigned communities
Respond to homeowner and Board inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service
Help prepare and distribute Board meeting packets, agendas, and minutes
