Responsibilities

Build industry-specific offerings for Hi-Tech, HLS, and Manufacturing sectors

Drive partner-sourced pipeline leveraging Snowflake and Databricks alliances

Expand net-new logos and upsell analytics services within existing accounts

Initially, delivery continues under existing onshore/offshore leads

In the future, this role may assume leadership of delivery teams as the practice scales

Target 25–50% strategic billability in the first year to ensure cost efficiency and client-facing engagement

Required

Business-first leadership experience

Experience in driving growth for Data & Analytics Service Line

Proven track record of delivering $15M+ annual influenced and direct revenue

Experience in offerings development, partner-led GTM, and pre-sales leadership

Ability to build industry-specific offerings for Hi-Tech, HLS, and Manufacturing sectors

Experience in driving partner-sourced pipeline leveraging Snowflake and Databricks alliances

Experience in expanding net-new logos and upselling analytics services within existing accounts

Ability to manage delivery teams and ensure cost efficiency and client-facing engagement
