Responsibilities

Act as a key contact and advisor to firm clients, including the largest corporations and investment managers in the market
Coordinate with teams across Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Fixed Income to source and execute transactions
Manage all aspects of deal execution and guide clients through structuring, marketing, and negotiation
Develop models and analyses for structuring, pricing, and syndication
Stay informed on market trends and provide insights to clients
Assist in principal risk and financing opportunities for the Firm

Qualification

Private credit experienceInvestment banking experienceFinancial analysis skillsModeling skillsProject finance experiencePresentation skillsSeries 779 licensingCommunication skillsRelationship-building skillsProject management skillsDetail-orientedPerform under pressure

Required

5+ years in private credit, investment banking, capital markets, or related fields. Direct transaction experience in project finance is a plus
Highly quantitative with excellent modeling and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure and with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strong project management and financial analysis skills
Bachelor's degree required
Series 7, 63, and 79 licensing (or willingness to obtain)
Position is based in New York City and will include client travel
