HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST III AND IV - OAHU (OHHI)
The State of Hawaiʻi is seeking a Human Resources Specialist III and IV to join the Department of Health in Downtown. The role involves performing technical and complex human resources functions, including recruitment, examination, placement, and management advisory services.

Responsibilities
Performs moderately difficult work of a technical nature in one or more of the functional areas of human resources management (i.e., Classification and Pay; Recruitment, Examination and Placement; Training and Employee Management Training; Human Resources Administration Services; and Labor Relations); and performs other related duties as assigned
Performs human resources assignments which regularly encompass complex problems combined with the responsibility for management advisory service; and performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Legal Authorization To Work
A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university for both levels
For Level III, one and one half years of professional work experience in one or any combination of human resources management functions
For Level IV, two and one-half years of professional work experience in one or any combination of human resources management functions
