They are seeking an Associate Attorney to join their collections team, where the individual will support high volume association collections matters, draft legal documents, manage deadlines, and assist with negotiations and court appearances.

Responsibilities
Support the collections team on a high volume of association collections matters
Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Manage deadlines, filings, and communications with clients and courts
Use our online platform to track case progress and provide clear client updates
Assist with negotiations, hearings, and court appearances under supervision
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Michigan
Able to manage a fast-paced workload and meet strict deadlines without sacrificing quality
