Greet and interact professionally and in a friendly manner with all internal and external clients providing accurate information
Answer incoming calls including emergencies and route appropriately via switchboard
Process patient admissions and discharges following standards of procedures for medical records
Facilitate efficient patient movement through the hospital’s communication system
Process payments for services
Perform additional duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

Required
