Behavior Technician / Therapist

ANNA Autism Care is dedicated to helping children with autism through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI). They are seeking a Behavior Technician/Therapist to implement individualized therapy plans, collect data on client progress, and maintain a supportive environment for children and their families.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized therapy plans under expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors
Use Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) to provide evidence-based therapy that’s play-based and child-centered
Collect data on client progress and maintain open communication with clinical supervisors
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center to ensure client safety
Provide a fun, supportive, engaging environment for young children on the autism spectrum
Communicate with caregiver's about the client's day and create a welcoming environment for families

Required

Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (hours scheduled based on clinical needs)
Desire to learn, grow, and advance in the field of autism therapy
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to perform physically active tasks, including sitting on the floor, crawling, running, lifting up to 30 pounds, and actively playing with children during sessions

Preferred

Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (not required)
Experience working with children preferred
