Propose solutions that are backed with your assumptions and research
Get things done quickly after agreement on solutions
Apply thinking and execution skills across a wide range of high-leverage areas
Expand the office and build the team
Manage the CEO's inbox and calendar
Improve internal processes
Support relationships with the Board, clients, vendors, and employees
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in executive support or operations and evidence of solving problems
