Responsibilities
Support the sales team by providing product demonstrations to current clients on CGM products
Provide the sales team with product training to improve productivity, shorten the sales cycle and drive profitable revenue growth
Partner with sales leadership to define competencies, KPIs, and best practices that enhance product selling effectiveness
Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignments
Collaborate with departments to produce effective selling materials
Maintain competitive intel to position CGM products within client base
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years in a similar industry related enablement position
Strong understanding of practice management software applications in a physical, clinical, or hospital environment
Familiarity with healthcare IT, diagnostics, or related technologies supporting the provider network
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations to physicians, practice managers, and C-level executives
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and enablement tools
